Daron and Co. inherited the most amazing looking cat I have ever seen. Its breed is classified along side the devon rex. I don't know the name of the breed, it's quite new. Its fur has the consistency of sheep fluff. The size is hard to see in the images below but believe me, it is a giant. Something else that can't really be seen in the images is its severe under bite and the dark underlining around its eyes. It's a fare mixture of gruesome and adorable.

There are a few residencies in Reykjavik for internation visual artists. There´s one is downtown, another on the west side, and the last one is in the middle of nowhere. Taking up a residency in Reykjavik might be a great platform implementing my public installation ideas.
The first one is on hafnarstaeti, right next to the farmer´s market in downtown. This one offers space for two residency rooms and one shared working space.
Pros: it's downtown, public traffic, private bedroom, full kitchen, internet, washer and dryer.
Cons: shared working space, no view, only two artists, utilities?
Pros: private room, large room, 10 minute walk from downtown, ocean view, living room, dining room, kitchen, larger studios, utilities included, 5 artists at a time.
Cons: not much public traffic, out of the way.

Inappropriate Projection Screens:
Projection vs. everyday. Projection on picture frames, canvases, suitcases, monitors, actor's body, kitchen appliances.
Sketchbook Themed Installation Projection:
Interplay between animation and installation art. Real space vs. created space. Animation in a sketchbook. Sketchbook art carries a similar theme or mentality. Sketchbooks act as creative diary or a palette for unfinished ideas. Underline unfinished ideas. This prospect would involve an animated presentation of the creative thought processes of an artist. Playful, creative, illogical, childlike.
Normal vs. abnormal:
Prerecord actors interacting in the installation space. Prerecord actors setting up space and then project in reverse. The non-actors will experience the deconstruction of a art space while still in the art space. Simulating the prerecorded actors into the space should be seamless.
Recorded Actors projected into colored space. The prerecorded actors are projected in colors matching the light space. Further blending the real and the illusion.
Animation Composition: structure for animation should rely on a cinematic structure or foreground, middle ground, and background. Size of composited elements should adjust accordingly. Acting along a formal structure will create a seamless sensation.
